What's the Opportunity?
Do you have a passion for the environment and Geospatial Science? Join our national Geospatial Science Team as a Geospatial Analyst, supporting projects with cartography, data management, spatial analysis, and Enterprise GIS.
Responsibilities:
- Support GST with research and development.
- Perform quality review of GIS work products and analysis tasks.
- Provide a demonstrated commitment to quality and efficiency.
- Cultivate a friendly, supportive, and fun work environment through open communication and teamwork within and external to Anchor QEA.
Required:
- Demonstrate 4 to 7 years of progressive professional experience with Esri's ArcGIS Desktop Suite (ArcMap and/or ArcGIS Pro) and Spatial Analyst or 3D Analyst.
- Experience working in environmental, engineering, or natural resources consulting or equivalent industries.
- Understanding of geodatabase design and feature class data management.
- Demonstrate critical spatial thinking, solving problems, and attention to detail in work products.
Preferred:
- Master's degree of science in a field related to the environment, with an emphasis on Geospatial Science.
- Understanding of Arcade and Python for ArcGIS.
- Understanding of GPS fundamentals and deployment of FieldMaps/Survey12
- Demonstration of understanding with current and future trends and innovations within Geospatial Science and Esri technology.
- In more senior roles, ability to delegate and mentor junior staff.

Salary and Other Compensation:
- Salary Range: $63,000 $79,000 annually
- Annual Bonus
- Other potential bonus types: Billable Time Bonus, Spot Bonus, Milestone Anniversary Bonus, Receiving Professional License/Certification Bonus, Peerreviewed Publication Bonus, Employee Referral Bonus.
