    Join Our Team as a Training Manager!

    We are on the lookout for a driven and seasoned Training Manager to hop on board with us right away. As the Training Manager, you will be in charge of crafting and executing training strategies for our Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program under the direct guidance of the VP of HCV. This position is crucial for designing, managing, and overseeing training initiatives to boost staff competencies in program operations and alignment with housing regulations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Training Program Development and Implementation: Lead the way in developing and implementing engaging training programs customized to the unique requirements of our HCV program. Focus on ramping up operational efficiency and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards.
    • System Training: Partner closely with the IT team to create and deliver comprehensive training sessions on existing and upcoming systems, with a key focus on Yardi.
    • Cross-Departmental Collaboration: Collaborate across different departments, especially IT and Human Resources, to harmonize training efforts with organizational targets and technological advancements.
    • Regulatory Compliance Training: Keep abreast of the newest HUD regulations, internal protocols, and pertinent federal, state, and local housing statutes. Guarantee all training resources and programs are up-to-date, equipping staff to effectively navigate and adhere to these requirements.
    • Performance and Effectiveness Monitoring: Assess the efficacy of training interventions using performance indicators. Adjust training tactics as necessary to fulfill organizational goals and retain regulatory conformity.
    • Professional Development: Cultivate a climate of continual learning by furnishing staff with avenues for professional growth.
    • Future Training Initiatives: Lay the groundwork for and eventually oversee the formulation of training schemes for the Yardi system, aligning with the organization's forthcoming technological advancements and ensuring a seamless transition for all staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree from a recognized college or university in Education, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a similar field.
    • Advanced training in instructional design, adult learning principles, and compliance oversight is advantageous.
    • 5 years of substantial experience in housing programs, property management, or a related domain.
    • Proven track record in creating and executing technology-centric training programs.
    • Thorough understanding of HUD regulations and housing guidelines is vital.
    • Prior experience with Yardi is required.
