    We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager & Business Development professional to lead our operations in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in the exterior industry, with strong leadership abilities and a passion for driving business growth. As the General Manager & Business Development lead, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our Pittsburgh location, including sales, operations, and customer service.

    Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and expand market presence in the Pittsburgh area.
    • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, project managers, and support staff to achieve company goals and objectives.
    • Foster a culture of excellence, teamwork, and customer service throughout the organization.
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including partnerships, contracts, and strategic alliances.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and industry partners.
    • Oversee the sales process from lead generation to project completion, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.
    • Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and expense control, to achieve profitability targets.
    Requirements:
    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the exterior industry, with a focus on business development and management.
    • Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and achieving revenue targets.
    • Strong leadership abilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve excellence.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute effective business plans.
    • Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
    • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
