Requirements:

Minimum of 7 years of CCRC experience
Leadership overseeing IL, AL, and SNF
Lifecare/Entrance fee experience
LNHA preferred (or open to obtaining license)

Job Details:

The role involves managing strategic plans, recruiting key leadership, developing professional relationships, overseeing operational issues, designing programs for compliance, marketing, and managing budgets.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
Master's degree highly preferred
Minimum 7 years of CCRC experience
OR Minimum 10 years of experience in long-term care senior living
OR Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership in hospitality industry
