    Chief Financial Officer

    Reports to: CEO

    Frontline Management represents Frontline Call Center, Frontline Services, and Ternio which are focused on the contact center software as a service industry. Collectively the companies bring in approximately $15M annually and are positioned for continued growth. Our team is dedicated to providing technology and services to our customers. We are looking for an experienced and talented CFO to help lead us to the next level.

    Job Descripton

    As the Hands-On CFO, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial future of Frontline. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will oversee all aspects of financial management, providing strategic guidance and tactical execution to ensure the company's financial health and sustainability. This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and results-driven finance leader to make a significant impact within a dynamic and growing organization.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement comprehensive financial strategies to drive growth, maximize profitability, and optimize resource allocation.
    • Provide leadership and direction to the finance team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Manage all aspects of financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
      Oversee cash flow management, working capital optimization, and risk management strategies to support operational efficiency and business resilience.
    • Lead financial reporting and compliance efforts, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
      Collaborate cross-functionally with executive leadership to evaluate strategic initiatives, assess investment opportunities, and drive informed decision-making.
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency.
    • Act as a key advisor to the CEO, providing insights, recommendations, and scenario analyses to support strategic planning and long-term growth objectives.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field; MBA or CPA preferred
    • 7+ years of progressive financial leadership experience
    • Hands-on approach to financial management, with a willingness to dive into the details and lead by example
    • Strong understanding of SaaS business model and recurring revenue streams
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Understanding of employment tax guidelines in various states

    Work Environment

    This job operates in a remote office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers and phones. The team member is expected to provide their own computer equipment. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential functions.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work

    This is a full-time position, and core hours of work and days are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. PT. This position may require some weekend work and work outside of core hours for client needs and meetings.

    Travel: Abilibility to Travel for executive meetings.
