Role Description:
We are seeking a senior-level professionalto join our dynamicteamOur Tax Group provides planning and tax compliance services to inbound and outbound owner/entrepreneurial clients.
The Tax Senior will be responsible for a range of tasks that include year-end accounting, tax preparation, and ensuring compliance with tax law.
The successful candidate will work with a team of experienced professionals and will assist clients ranging from individuals to corporations.
Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive tax strategies for our clients. Ensure compliance with all relevant tax regulations and identify opportunities for tax optimization.Cultivate and maintain strong client relationships. Serve as a trusted advisor, providing proactive guidance on tax matters and addressing client inquiries with professionalism and expertise.
Contribute to the development of innovative solutions to meet the evolving needs of our clients.
Conduct thorough financial analysis to identify potential tax risks and opportunities. Provide insightful recommendations to clients based on your findings.
Provide technical expertise and knowledge of processes to expand the line of business and develop professional staff.
Required Qualifications:
Degree in Accounting orFinance.
Must have a CPA or be eligible to take the CPA exam.
Must currently work in Public Accounting.
At least three years of experience with tax preparation for individuals and corporations.
Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong understanding of tax regulations and accounting principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to articulate complex tax concepts to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with the ability to think strategically and make informed decisions.
