    Description

    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our team. As a Senior Tax Accountant, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and reporting for our clients. Your expertise in financial accounting, regulatory reporting, and tax laws will be essential in ensuring accurate and timely tax filings.

    Responsibilities:

    Prepare and review complex tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts

    Conduct thorough research on tax laws and regulations to ensure compliance

    Provide guidance and support to junior staff members on tax-related matters

    Assist in the development and implementation of tax planning strategies

    Review financial statements and reports to identify potential tax savings opportunities

    Collaborate with clients to gather necessary information for tax filings

    Perform account reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies

    Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and other relevant regulations

    Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations

    Proficiency in private equity taxation

    -CPA Preferred and public accounting BIG 4

    Familiarity with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles)

    Experience with corporate accounting and regulatory reporting

    Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial reports
