- Process and complete applications and renewals for all TPAs, Insurance Programs, and Property Managers.
- Respond to inquiries regarding general licensure, certifications, background reports, and vendor agreement inquiries.
- Maintain compliance systems while monitoring and analyzing existing compliance polices.
- Create and maintain training records.
- Organize company certifications and licenses.
- Assist with new branch office onboarding processes.
- Maintain all signed contracts and other documents.
- Process background screening forms for new hires and annual re-credentialing.
- Review contract vendor terms and conditions.
- Research laws and regulations for new and existing branch offices to ensure compliance.
- Discretion to maintain highly confidential information.
- Other duties as assigned.

JOB SUMMARY:
This position is a full-time non-exempt position. This Compliance Administrator will be responsible for maintaining company compliance systems as assigned to them.
They will assist with proper interpretation of company contracts for various Third-Party Administrators (TPAs) and Insurance Programs as well as management of company contracts.
This position works under the direction of the Legal and Compliance Manager.The ideal candidate will possess excellent communications skills, be highly detailed, and have the ability to work across multiple priorities while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
The person filling this role must be proactive, responsive, and detail oriented.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

LANGUAGE SKILLS:
The Compliance Administrator must possess the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Demonstrate the ability to write routine reports, correspondence, and the ability to speak effectively to customers and/or employees of organization.
TECHNICAL SKILLS:
To perform this job successfully, the Compliance Administrator should have knowledge of knowledge of databases and be familiar with software like Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
REASONING ABILITY:
The Compliance Administrator must possess the ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this job, the Compliance Administrator is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms and talk or hear.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
