    **The Role:**

    We are looking for an individual to join our Customer Care Department As part of this fast-paced Department, you will handle incoming phone calls, including setting reservations and general assistance, for our Sales Department customers. This position plays a critical role within the company, ensuring all Sales Department customers of H&H are completely satisfied with our Sales Departments.

    Complete incoming and outgoing phone calls for our Sales Department.

    Update customer information in programs.

    Assist customers with providing past service history reports.

    **What you bring to the table:**

    At least 1 year of general business experience preferred.

    High school diploma or equivalent is required.

    Excellent communication and customer service skills.

    Great computer/technology skills.

    Punctuality with minimal absences.

    High energy partnered with a positive attitude.

    Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.

    Business appropriate attire.

    Detail oriented.

    Desire to grow, learn, and advance within the company.
