- Respond to Customer Service Requests (service calls)
- Ability to recognize, troubleshoot and repair all electrical issues.
- Aptitude to estimate materials, labor, and equipment costs.
- Work with dispatch to ensure the schedule is maintained and delays are effectively communicated with the customer.
- Proficient in reading blueprints, wiring diagrams & installation instructions to complete assigned projects.
- Capable of operating a wide variety of Equipment which includes a bucket truck, man lift and various types of scissor lifts.
- Ability to use hand and power tools applicable to trade.
- Maintain, understand, follow and enforce safety standards on all jobs.
- Present a professional appearance and attitude.
- Must have a valid driver's license.
- Certified Journeyman license or higher
- Minimum 3 years in Commercial Service Industry, must have light experience.
- Proven ability to Troubleshoot, Diagnose and Repair a wide range of Commercial Applications
- Solid management and installation skills
- Schedule flexibility - must be willing to work overtime, nights, and weekends.
- Effectively and efficiently multi-task and prioritize.
- Must be able to successfully complete and pass a criminal background screening, drug test, and driver's license check.
