Maintain relationships with customers and follow company guidelines. Troubleshoot each problem and guide customers on how to properly use equipment. Create reports of customer service calls. - Installing, maintaining and repairing residential electrical systems and fixtures.
- Rough in and trim out electrical related to interior remodel projects.
- Inspecting and testing electrical systems for safety, functionality, and code compliance.
- Inspect and perform electrical repairs and replacements.
- Respond to emergency maintenance requests through rotating on-call.
- Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
- Complete all required documentation in mobile app
- 2+ years of experience as an electrician.
- Good working knowledge of electrical products and materials.
- Proficiency in using electrical tools.
- Strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills.
- Good listening and communication skills.
- Good interpersonal skills and patience.
- Physical dexterity.
- Valid Driver's License
- Trade school diploma or completed apprenticeship (preferred)

The Electrician will be based out of our Raleigh office and is responsible for providing on-site client estimates, installation, repairs, and maintenance of wiring & electrical fixtures.
