- Assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems byrelevant codes and standards.
- Learning to interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Assisting with the setup and organization of work areas, including tools and materials.
- Performing basic electrical tasks, such as running conduit, pulling wire, and installingfixtures.
- Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.
- Participating in on-the-job training and classroom instruction to enhance your knowledgeand skills in the electrical trade.
- Demonstrating a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

- Minimum of 6 months of experience in residential electrical work
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Interest in pursuing a career as a licensed electrician
- Basic understanding of electrical principles and terminology a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
