- Handle customer complaints with empathy and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Assist with administrative tasks as assigned, including filing, data entry, and documentation.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
