    **SUMMARY**

    EMCOR Services Northeast has an immediate need for a Project Sales Coordinator in Stoughton, MA. The Project Sales Coordinator will be responsible to provide efficient and accurate administrative support for the Sales, Projects and Controls departments to ensure company goals and objectives are achieved.

    **ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

    **Essential duties and responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.**

    Assist Sales Engineers with certain duties: monitor and respond to emails for Sales Engineer, request information and quotes from vendors, send hard copies of purchase orders to vendors, track submittals for approval, create RFIs and send to customer, create change order requests and send to customer, request fire details.

    Proposals and bid forms: type proposals and send to customer, type special forms for bid packages.

    Bid list: update bid list, review duplicates.

    Process all project bookings: make sure paperwork is complete, get approvals when required, enter projects into database, create billing sheets for each project, create project folders, enter project change orders.

    Sales department time sheets and expense reports: collect time sheets and expense reports, get approvals and turn in to payroll.

    Generate reports: generate job cost reports, manager reports, billing reports (WIP) and month end sales reports.

    Download and copy drawings: download drawings from ftp website for new bids, save to network, print drawings on plotter, email drawings to subcontractors and equipment suppliers for pricing, copy drawings on large copy machine.

    Submittal and project closeout packages: request information from vendors, create cover sheets, copy and assemble submittal/closeout packages.

    Credit card: track credit card purchases from company purchasing card, request invoices and give to accounts payable.

    Marketing materials: Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material and events.

    Miscellaneous other duties: type letters, cover switchboard, other duties as needed.

    **CRITICAL SOCIAL SKILLS**

    Good interpersonal skills. Must be able to effectively resolve both internal and external customer issues/ problems/ conflict in a diplomatic manner.

    Excellent teamwork skills.

    **QUALIFICATIONS**

    College degree or equivalent.

    Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team setting.

    Must be detail oriented, organized, punctual, and able to multi-task effectively.

    Computer skills required (Microsoft Office, Outlook, COINS).

    Proven experience in a sales environment: experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus.
