    Responsibilities
    As the Water Market Leader, you will be responsible for the following:
    Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the business
    Manage and grow the team
    Identify and pursue new business opportunities
    Provide technical expertise to clients
    Manage project budgets
    Establish and maintain relationships with clients
    Ensure the quality of work meets client expectations
    Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
    Skills are needed for the Water Market Leader role:
    Excellent communication skills
    Excellent sales skills
    Excellent project management skills
    Strong technical skills
    Ability to develop and execute a strategic sales plan
    Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities
    Ability to provide technical expertise to clients
    Ability to manage project budgets
    Ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients
    Ability to ensure the quality of work meets client expectations
    Ability to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

    Required
    At least 12 years of experience in the Water/Wastewater Engineering field
    Professional Engineering License
    Business Development exposure / experience
    Strong connections in the market, and book of business is preferred.
