    Job Description

    Responsibilities

    Creates and integrates solutions and services. Directs or recommends enhancements for system performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity. Leads the configuration of hardware and software solutions. Evaluates product and service solutions. Leads and develops multi-platform converged enterprise standards. Models and provides solutions targeted to meet existing, enhanced, and new platform solutions for business, customer, and infrastructure services. Subject matter expert in multiple hardware and software platforms. Leads advanced knowledge sharing and recommendations for system hardware/software solutions, telecommunication protocols, configurations, security, network protocols, and services. Develops new solutions and integrated service offerings to meet large-scale or enterprise projects or service requirements. Provides senior technical leadership representing various hardware platforms and software configurations in cross-functional team.

    Troubleshoots, resolves, and recommends improvement for systems, network, and security problems at an advanced level across multiple/converged technology solutions, services, and platforms.

    Creates, directs, and leads technical team efforts for performance improvement, expansion, and procedures across multiple/converged services and platforms. Works effectively with all technical disciplines and senior management. Authors and provides input for multiple and converged systems and services, system documentation, procedures, and processes. Coordinates the maintenance and modification of systems. For multiple and converged systems and services will lead or provide guidance for advanced technical support. Develops and performs capacity and resource planning to optimize and expand existing network systems.

    Basic Qualifications

    Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience

    At least 5 years of experience within a total information technology (IT) environment

    At least 5 years of experience with the design, development and support of technology infrastructure

    Preferred Skills/Experience

    Thorough understanding of frameworks, agile development processes and methodology, and the business model in relation to their current product focus area

    Strong data measurement and analytics experience

    Ability to collaborate on all aspects of product development

    Ability to create project proposals and designs that have considerable impact or touch multiple systems

    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    Effective verbal and written communication skills to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to variety of audiences

    Infrastructure automation

    Configuration management

    Technical troubleshooting

    Server and container architecture

    Storage operations

    Observability, monitoring and alerting - architecture and solutioning of observability and event correlation from concept to implementation


    Additional Preferred Directory Management Skills:
    Active Directory configuration and GPO Management.

    Directory Troubleshooting skills.

    Scripting using PowerShell or other utilities.

    LDAP Directory configuration and management.

    Windows and Linux operating systems management.

    The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S.

    Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).


    Pay Range:
    $102, $120, $132,440.00
