    As part of the Deposit Operations team, this role provides essential support across various functional areas. Responsibilities include processing documents, managing mail, validating Member information, and handling equipment maintenance.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support Intra-departmental operations
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including FedEx packages
    • Perform Uploading/Scanning/Indexing tasks
    • Deliver internal and external mail to designated areas
    • Respond to inquiries and complete additional projects as needed

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Strong communication and customer service skills
    • Ability to prioritize workload and multitask effectively
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
    • Flexibility to work varying hours and independently
