The Bismarck, ND office opened in 2003, when Joey decided to share our founder's mission with companies and individuals in the Bismarck area.

    Role and Responsibilities
    The role of the Accountant includes assisting with payroll, accounting, and taxes:

    • Process Payrolls and Quarterly Reports

    • Working with accounting applications to deliver timely statements for clients

    • Assisting with tax preparation

    • Sharing in administrative duties amongst other staff

    Qualifications and Education Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin or Accounting (can be working towards degree.) Preferred but not required.
    • Quickbooks certified (Preferred but not required.)
    • CPA or EA (or be willing to move toward it.)

    Preferred Skills

    • Great Communication Skills.
    • Attention to detail.
    • Empathy. Both with clients and coworkers.
    • Basic Computer Skills
    • Willingness to help the team in the office/be flexible.
    • Financial analysis, reporting, and general accounting principles (preferred.)
    • Strong knowledge of regulatory reporting requirements (preferred.)
    • Proficiency in using accounting software systems (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero)
    • Knowledgeable in Adobe PDF.
    • A desire to grow professional Expertise.
    • Microsoft Office.
    • ADP
