Position: IT Support Specialist - James Island

Location: United Kingdom, Germany, Netherlands, and other designated office locations

Job Description:

1. Responsible for basic IT operation and maintenance and daily support at designated office locations, including troubleshooting hardware (PC, printer, monitor), software, and network issues.

2. Process IT OA requests, such as new employee account applications (IT02), software installations (IT09), user additions and adjustments (IT15), equipment acquisitions (IT17), and employee turnover processes (HR08).

3. Manage paper and electronic asset ledger systems, including asset collection, returns, and statistical work.

4. Conduct regular inventory of spare parts warehouse, update asset status, and replenish assets as needed.

5. Collaborate with Aixu Group headquarters to implement terminal control strategies and other related tasks.
