Role Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Manage a substantial caseload from inception to resolution, focusing on familybased immigration relief.
  • Directly support the lead attorney in meeting KPIs and deadlines.
  • Edit and finalize packets according to attorney instructions, ensuring all required evidence is included.
  • Respond promptly to USCIS's Request for Evidence, adhering to strict deadlines.
  • Support Legal Assistants with legal inquiries and case management.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing clear explanations of case processes.
  • Uphold the firm's ethical standards and professional conduct in all interactions.
  • Maintain and organize case files using our legal database for efficiency and meticulous organization.
  • Prepare filings according to firm standards, contributing to our mission and objectives.
  • Passionate about advocating for immigrant rights with a focus on familybased immigration law.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred; relevant experience and education will also be considered.
  • Fluency in Spanish is required, reflecting our client base's needs.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with an ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently.
  • A commitment to maintaining high accuracy rates in filings and prompt communication with clients.
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines, to manage 23 legal assistants, and a significant case load.
- _This is an in-person position in our Phoenix and Glendale, AZ offices._
