- Moral support for CEO. Must be optimistic, innovative, and efficient.
- Support the CEO with food, coffee, transportation, and organization. This will include some light cooking and tidying.
- Drive the CEO to/from the office. Quarterly travel out of state with CEO will be necessary.
- Collaborate with marketing team to come up with ideas and shoot video for social media platforms (b-roll and trends).
- Create event marketing; plan & coordinate events.
- Communicate across multiple teams and cultures.
- See projects through to completion.
- Organize the CEO's life & calendar
- Schedule and confirme personal and professional appointments.
- Brainstorm, Create, Plan, Schedule, & Confirm: date nights, kids' birthdays, kids' extra-curricular activities, family outings, personal appointments, etc.
- Plan and book vacations, including family coordination.
- Pack/unpack CEO's suitcase for travel.
- Transport CEO's four kids when the nanny is out sick/on PTO.
- Fill out paperwork for homeschool reimbursements.
- Shopping/returns, mail sorting & delivery.
- Errands.
- Manage maintenance of CEO's home with contractors.
- Schedule, track, and manage vehicle upkeep, including oil changes, car wash, etc.
- Must have at least two years of experience related to personal assistance, nanny, culinary, home care, etc. (running your own home with a family counts as experience)
- Demonstrated ability to manage up.
- Extreme attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute events, with a skill for marketing.
- Excellent time management and ability to work on multiple tasks with competing priorities.
- Excellent communication skills.
- A professional, discreet approach to sensitive matters.
- A positive attitude.
- Enjoys bringing order to chaos in a start-up environment.
- DOE. $56,000-$65,000/year plus benefits.
- Schedule is a 4-day work week, 10 hours/day.
- Benefits include 5 weeks of PTO (3 of those weeks must be coordinated with CEO's vacation time), 401k with match, health, eye, and dental insurance.

Role Objective
As a Personal Assistant, you organize every aspect of our CEO's life while bringing her vision to life. This position is the opposite of WFH; you'll work wherever the CEO is, at her home, in her two offices in AZ, and on the road. We are looking for the type of person who loves seeing projects through to completion, is incredibly organized in their own life, and gets joy from bringing structure to disorder.
