Job Title: Sales Representative

Job Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Vice President of Sales

FLSA Status: Exempt

Compensation: $28 - $38 (Per Hour) plus commission

Description:

The candidate must be able to work under minimal supervision as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced, client-oriented sales environment. Handling of clients in the multiple territories with a high level of professionalism and courtesy is required while being able to provide knowledge in the construction industry to customers. This role requires strong business acumen along with a capacity to assist corporate promotion with contractors, dealers/re-sellers and end users in the generation of profitable sales.

Responsibilities:

Strategically planning and developing new business opportunities by effectively networking with and developing new relationships with other professionals who will refer potential clients.
Supporting customers by providing detailed information/specs on products
Strategically planning, managing, and participating in the complete sales cycle - prospecting, qualifying, presenting, and closing on sales opportunities
Continually maintaining and building relationships with existing clients
Estimating prospective opportunities for inclusion in formal quotations or tenders
Providing post-sale customer service with respect to deliveries, warranty, or deficiency claims
Any other tasks and functions required.
Minimal overnight travel required.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Construction and or paver industry knowledge a plus

• 3 - 5 years in sales role

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Entrepreneurial mindset that is results driven

• Responsible and reliable

• MUST be able to work flexible schedules

• Bilingual in English/Spanish a plus

• College degree in business, project management, interior design and or architecture

Work Schedule:

• 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (Flexible)

• Monday through Friday

• Flexible to work Saturdays
