Harcoza, Inc. is a company that is founded on the guiding principles of Passion, Discipline and Integrity. Our focus is hiring candidates that have like minded values and can be trained into a role, where they will be customer facing, leading and developing team members and are looking for a challenge.

Our representatives take a "people first" approach when connecting directly with their customers at their homes and focus on our three win approach: a win for our customer, our team and our Fortune 500 clients.

This method has allowed for our clients to build trust in representing their brands and has created opportunities for us to expand into multiple markets. Within the last year and half, we have expanded twice and are looking to do so a third and fourth time just this year alone.

With this growth, we are looking to promote from within teach candidates the skills of sales and connecting with customers face to face, to then move into a leadership role, where they can earn the opportunity to lead, train and develop others

Role and Day to Day Expectations:

Connect with customer with a "people focused" approach
Build genuine relationships, with not only new / existing customers but also team members as well
Engage in daily training and team meetings to empower one another prior to the day begins
