- Conduct safety line inspections, department safety audits, safety meetings
- Create daily and overtime schedules
- Delegate responsibilities to line group leaders and other employees

- Minimum of 2 years within a production environment, preferably lead experience
- Experience within Food and beverage industry preferred
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent experience, preferred BA/BS
- Bi-lingual required

- Good verbal & written communication skills are required

We are hiring one (1) on 1st shift, one (1) on 2nd shift, and one (1) on 3rd Shift. Hours for each shift are shown below:
1st Shift Hours: Monday 3am-2:30pm, Tuesday - Friday 5am-2:30pm
2nd Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 1pm-11pm
3rd Shift Hours: Monday - Friday 9pm-7am
This position will require the employee to work overtime and Saturdays as needed. Overtime is scheduled based upon individual job responsibilities and the needs of the department.
Supervises employees to maximize employee safety, food quality, and productivity. Key responsibilities include daily safety observations, production monitoring, lot control, inventory accuracy, reporting, sanitation, housekeeping, and adherence to standard operating procedures. Assures correct preparation of products and finished goods. Shared responsibility for Safety training, new methods e.g. 5 S, standardize work and methods improvements.
