A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A DISPATCHER - SERVICE COORDINATOR (CSR)
In this Dispatcher - Service Coordinator (CSR) position you manage to marry efficient dispatching skills with exceptional customer service You make it your goal to ensure clients are of utmost importance and our crew is well-informed and in the know. You keep open lines of communication with technicians and warehouses. Additionally, you schedule service appointments and accurately update files as needed.
Being naturally service-oriented, your skills as a CSR shine through as you work closely with clients and dispatch calls to our field technicians. You are good at prioritizing calls and sending the right tech to each job. You focus on scheduling efficiency and make sure to keep customers in the loop with progress and completion and to ensure we've exceeded expectations. Both customers and technicians trust and rely on you to keep jobs running smoothly
QUALIFICATIONS
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is preferred, but not required. Can you manage your time well and prioritize multiple tasks effectively? Do you have excellent communication and interpersonal skills? Are you organized and detail-oriented? Can you solve issues for all kinds of clients with professionalism and patience and keep open lines of communication?
