    Description

    Iconographics, a legal visualization company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic self-starter to join our team as Director of Sales. We are seeking a goal-driven individual possessing the innovation and ingenuity required to boost marketing strategies, creatively make connections and help manage the Iconographics brand.

    Responsibilities:

    • Build & and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and strategic partners. Represent Iconographics at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
    • Leadership and Strategy: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve the firm's marketing and sales goals/objectives. Provide visionary leadership to the marketing/sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
    • Oversee the development and execution of comprehension marketing/sales campaigns, ensuring alignment with the firm's brand and values.
    • Team Management: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing marketing/sales team. Set clear performance expectations, provide regular teamwork, creativity, and professional growth.
    • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and industry developments to stay ahead of the curve.
    • Brand Management: Collaborate with owner, attorneys, and other internal stakeholders to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

    Qualifications:

    • In-depth knowledge of marketing principles, strategies, and best practices.
    • Demonstrated track record of success in developing and implementing effective business strategies and achieving growth targets.
    • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.
    • Proficiency in marketing/sales analytics, CRM systems, and digital marketing platforms.
    • Familiarity with the legal industry and personal injury law is a plus.

    Job Type: Full-time

    Salary: $60, $80,000.00 per year

    Commission: 15- 20%
