    Description

    TRENTINI is seeking a dynamic leader to join our team, someone who is truly passionate and driven. With a remarkable 120-year history in the industry, we are at the forefront of our sector.

    The chosen candidate will play a crucial role in serving our existing base of 2,000 business clients, while also spearheading efforts to attract new clients through referrals and leads. Additionally, you will be responsible for overseeing a small team, guiding them through similar tasks.

    As you familiarize yourself with our processes and systems, you will grow to be an expert in training team members. This position paves the way for you to step into the role of Agency Director.

    This position offers a competitive weekly salary ranging from $70,000 to $85,000 in the first year.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Service existing client base
    • Identify new business opportunities (B2B)
    • Supervise team activities and monitor results
    • Train and mentor incoming team members on established systems
    • Provide daily reports on field activities using Salesforce-based CRM
    • Focus daily on recruitment, training, and leadership development

    • Strong supervisory and leadership abilities
    • Capability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
    • Thrives in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment

    • Sales or customer service background
    • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
    • Community involvement is highly valued
    • Familiarity with CRMs (Salesforce experience preferred)

    Licensing Requirements:

    • Valid Driver's License and eligibility to work in the U.S. are mandatory
    • Must have a clean background and reliable transportation
    • Minimum 45-day evaluation period before advancement
