    This position is responsible for providing residents at the Fountains with the best dining experience possible including taking food orders, serving meals and maintaining the dining room. This position is also responsible for washing, sanitizing, and storing dishes, glasses, and kitchen utensils.

    We are seeking a part-time and full-time candidates. The Fountains Dining Room operates from 6am-730pm, and is open every weekend and holiday.

    The starting wage range for this role is $ an hour, accepting applications until this position is filled.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    1. Providing customer service to residents, guests, and staff.
    2. Accurately taking food orders, placing orders in kitchen, and serving when order is ready.
    3. Clearing dishes from tables during and after each meal.
    4. Setting up service carts and ensuring items are fresh and adequately supplied.
    5. Filling table condiments, cream, and sugar containers.
    6. Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming the dining area after each meal.
    7. Cleaning and stocking the staff wait station and/or Bistro, companion wing, and breakroom.
    8. Assist dishwasher in cleaning, sanitizing and safely storing dishes, glasses, utensils, pots, pans, etc.
    9. Inspecting and maintaining proper chemicals for the dishwasher.
    10. Serving residents and their guest's meals in a timely and professional manner.
    11. Complete daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning assignments.
    12. Ensure food storage, food handling, and supplies meet all Mesa County and State of Colorado Health Dept. regulations.
    GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
    1. Assist with food preparation as needed.
    2. Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping the dish room.
    3. Emptying trash receptacles. 16. Regular attendance/punctuality.
    4. Cooperate with others.
    5. Be completely honest.
    6. Other duties as assigned.
