    Description


    In this position, you will be the principal and accountable point-of-contact for a select strategic bank channel partner both internally and externally, supporting day-to-day partnership needs, ensuring contractual deal deliverables and financial commitments are satisfied, managing partnership project plan/roadmap across functional disciplines, responding to time-sensitive inquiries and operational issue escalations, leading partner communications (including Quarterly Business Reviews), and making critical financial and operational efficiency decisions, with the input of the VP, Account Management and SVP of Payments as well as other key internal operational contacts.

    This role will also own responsibility for providing overall portfolio updates to the designated bank channel support contacts. You will manage proactive communication, action plans, and timelines to align with contractual obligations and SLA requirements.

    You will work directly with the assigned Paymentus Account Management Team member to help provide overall updates on client satisfaction and deliverables to the bank channel partner as necessary.


    Your Expertise:
    Minimum of 5 to 10 years of direct experience in the Direct Biller space, online bill payment, mobile/digital bill payments, electronic bill presentment, and money movement required
    Must demonstrate advanced knowledge of online and electronic bill payment industry, fundamental understanding of merchant services and credit card association rules, regulations, and compliance standards
    Must have 5 to 10 years of experience directly managing digital bill pay clients
    Extensive Knowledge of Card Association Rules, Card Discount and incentive Programs, ACH, and Interchange Management
    Experience with bank channel support
    Must have advanced oral and written communication skills, including the ability to make presentations and deliver messaging on complex and sensitive information for audiences at all levels
