    Description

    We are seeking a skilled and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting marketing data to provide actionable insights, optimize marketing strategies, and drive business growth. This role requires a strong background in data analysis, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex data findings in a clear and concise manner.

    Responsibilities

    • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide insights into marketing performance, customer behavior, and market trends.
    • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
    • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to evaluate the impact of marketing initiatives and recommend improvements.
    • Use statistical analysis and data mining techniques to identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities for growth.
    • Present data findings and insights to stakeholders, providing recommendations for optimizing marketing strategies and improving ROI.
    • Work with data management and IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.
    • Design, develop, and maintain SQL queries and complex data models to support the analysis of marketing operations
    • Analyze financial, marketing, and operational trends and variances to identify opportunities for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
    • Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support informed decision-making
    • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in marketing analytics.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
    • 3+ years of experience in a marketing analyst role, preferably in a healthcare or subscription-based environment.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
    • Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with database management.
    • Familiarity with statistical analysis and data mining techniques.
    • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
    • Strong communication and presentation abilities, with the capacity to convey data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Experience with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords) is a plus.
    • Knowledge of programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
    • Preferred: Knowledge of the healthcare industry and telehealth operations
    • Must be able to work in person in Charlotte, NC, five days a week.
