Hertel Chicken - we offer juicy and crispy grilled meat specialties to take away from our sales vehicles with the big chicken on the roof.

Since its founding in 1967, the Hertel family business has grown steadily: Today, over 250 employees work for our mobile grill enjoyment in Bavarian style.

We are currently looking for a Meat Processing Employee (m/f/d) to join our headquarters in Schwarzenbach an der Saale.

Tasks and working hours:

As a Meat Processing Employee (m/f/d), you will receive raw meat products and check for quantity and quality. Excess fat and skin will be removed. The products will then be seasoned using machines. Afterwards, the chickens, hocks, and ribs will be skewered and secured on our grill spits. The finished skewers will be stored in transport racks.

After completing the production, the work area will be thoroughly cleaned.
