Your responsibilities

  • As a project developer for renewable energy (solar PV, wind) and battery storage, you will be responsible for projects from land acquisition to approval.
  • You will actively search for and secure potential sites in Germany, both stand-alone and in conjunction with existing wind and solar plants.
  • You will contact landowners and negotiate lease agreements and/or manage land agents.
  • You will manage all approval and planning steps to obtain construction readiness (development planning), including commissioning all necessary services.
  • You will coordinate grid connection requests in close collaboration with our grid connection team, engage with DNOs, and communicate with external parties.
  • You will assume technical and financial responsibility for the projects assigned to you during the project development phase.
  • You will represent our company to all project stakeholders, present projects at municipal council meetings, and hold public information events.

Requirements:

  • You must have relevant professional experience in developing renewable energy projects or other infrastructure projects in Germany.
  • You have completed a degree in a technical or planning field (geography, renewable energy, engineering, or similar).
  • You enjoy working independently and collaboratively in a team and can effectively prioritize tasks.
  • You are communicative, assertive, and able to build relationships with various project stakeholders.
