Your responsibilities:

Responsible for all operational personnel work for a defined group of employees
Advising and supporting managers and employees in all personnelrelated matters and in personnel development
Constructive cooperation with the works council
Comprehensive management of effective and professional recruitment
Planning and implementation of strategic talent, personnel development, and organizational development measures
Initiating, conducting, and managing projects (HR, personnel and organizational development)
Continuous development and optimization of HR processes

Your profile:

Completed degree in business administration, law, psychology, social sciences, or a comparable field of study, ideally with a focus on human resources
Several years of professional experience as an HR generalist, preferably in an industrial company
Indepth knowledge of labor and collective bargaining law
Proactive and highly committed with a confident and professional demeanor
