Responsibilities
Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in rehabilitative services.
Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
Serve as a technical or functional resource and perform similar duties with staff.
Assign, monitor and review progress of work.
Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.
Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates.
May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
One or more of the following required:
Audiologist credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.
Rehab Therapist specializing in Occupational Therapy (OTR) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
Rehab Therapist specializing in Physical Therapy (RPT) credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Medical Licensure and Supervision.
Speech-Language Pathologist credentialed from the Oklahoma Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology and Audiology.
Education:
High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree with 1 year of experience OR 5 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Licensed Physical Therapist strongly preferred
