Working alongside the Store Director, your role will involve leading your team to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Taking on a Food Service Manager role with us sets you on a path towards future store management positions at Kum & Go, as we strongly believe in promoting internally.

    About the Position:

    • Team Development: Assist in training, mentoring, and supervising store team members.
    • Facility Maintenance: Ensure safe food preparation and cleanliness of self-service options.
    • Operational Excellence: Oversee facility and equipment inspections.

    • Interpersonal & Communication Skills: Engage with team members and customers effectively.
    • Collected & Composed: Stay calm under pressure while delivering exceptional service.
    • Flexible Schedule: Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

    + years of foodservice management experience preferred.

    Must be + years old to apply.

    Serve safe Certification required.
