- Providing clinical supervision and overseeing documentation processes.
- Leading a team of Mental Health Professionals to ensure quality and timely completion of tasks.
- Delivering therapy, assessments, treatment planning, and coordinating with other units for crisis situations.
- A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience in a community mental health setting.
- A current license from the Illinois Department of Professional Regulation as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor, or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, along with a good understanding of ethical standards in behavioral healthcare.
