Administrative and Operational Support in Oliver, PA

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the local and project management team
  • Ensure smooth processing of orders and office organization
  • Record and track order and project data in our ERP system
  • Assist in creating and following up on offers
  • Support in invoicing, verification, reporting, cost control, and general document management
  • Serve as a point of contact for clients and the project team

Qualifications:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, e.g. in automotive or industrial management, or a comparable education
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Sales experience is an advantage
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Independent and structured way of working
  • Good communication skills in German and English, additional languages are a plus
