The "Head of Bioprocess Sales Europe" is a key member of the Sales Organization within the Bioprocess Unit (BPU) and reports to the "Head of Global Bioprocess Sales".

This role is responsible for driving Bioprocess Sales and Service revenues in Logan, KS, including:


Your responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain a comprehensive Sales, Business Development, Infield Application, and Sales Support structure with a unified approach across the global BP commercial organization to maximize efficiency.
  • Manage budget and supervise team in accordance with Eppendorf's strategy, policies, and applicable laws.
  • Ensure strategic and operational objectives for European Bioprocess Sales are met and aligned with Bioprocess Service.
  • Accountable for managing and forecasting expense budgets for Sales and Sales Support in Bioprocess EU.
  • Develop and implement a European Going to Market (GTM) strategy in alignment with the global GTM strategy for Bioprocess, in collaboration with other stakeholders at Eppendorf Group.
  • Optimize resource allocation between Sales, Applications/Business Development, and Sales Support to minimize duplication of work and maximize revenue.
  • Provide accurate European Bioprocess sales and order entry forecasts, as well as unitlevel forecasts for production planning.
  • Manage the European Bioprocess opportunity funnel (sales pipeline), monitor appropriate KPIs, and implement strategies to improve success rates and balance business throughout the year.
  • Collaborate on product development, including providing market feedback on current product portfolio and pricing strategies
