    We're hiring a Busser!

    We are looking for a detail-oriented Busser to join our team. As the Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the dining room is set up and cleaned before, during, and after meals, and supporting the food servers with various tasks. If you are someone who enjoys providing excellent service and has experience in fine dining environments, we want to hear from you!

    Job Description:

    • Assist Servers with set-up, service, and clean-up tasks.
    • Serve water to members and guests upon seating.
    • Help carry food trays to tables.
    • Remove dirty dishes and linens, replace them with clean ones.
    • Set tables with silverware, glassware, and other necessities.
    • Keep dining areas clean and organized.
    • Stock servers' station with supplies.
    • Dispose of trash after each serving period.
    • Dust chairs and keep ice bins filled.
    • Set-up, clean, and maintain the salad bar.
    • Assist with various tasks during service without disrupting diners.
    • Ensure club policies for serving alcoholic beverages are followed.

    Requirements:

    • High School diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum of one year experience in a fine dining setting.
    • Food safety certification.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
    • Knowledge of menu items and specials.
    • Ability to handle emergency situations.

    Physical Demands and Work Environment:

    • Stand for long periods, walk, climb stairs, and perform various physical movements.
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a hot, humid, and noisy environment.
    • Continuous repetitive motions may be required.
