    At Koala Insulation of Eastern and Coastal Carolina, we are looking for an experienced, driven, proactive individual with a background in construction sales to estimate insulation projects with the goal of a one-visit close. The ideal candidate will have a background in consultative sales and will work with customers to sell the insulation services that best fit their needs.

    Koala Insulation offers a base salary, and uncapped commission pay based on profitability targets for booked business. We will provide you with all the requisite technology to hit the ground running and on-the-job training on our product offering and sales process.

    Duties/Responsibilities
    1. Generates leads through calls, outreach, and networking.
    2. Inputs data into CRM.
    3. Travels to residential, commercial, and government sites within the territory to complete the estimation process for our insulation services.
    4. Use product samples, support, and technology to assist you in closing the sale.
    5. Networking to build referral, contractor, and other relationships within the territory.
    6. Performs other related duties as required.
    7. Attend company training and ongoing weekly team meetings.
    Required Skills/Abilities
    1. Ability to identify, develop, and reach out to new leads.
    2. Excellent follow-up and lead tracking.
    3. Ability to interpret blueprints is preferred, but not required.
    4. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.
    7. Experience using a CRM preferred.
    Education and Experience:

    1. Bachelors degree preferred, but not required.
    2. High school diploma/GED required.
    3. Prior Consultative Sales experience is preferred.
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of walking, standing, crouching, and maneuvering through attics and crawlspaces.
    • Must be able to access and navigate the job site.
    • The site environment may be subject to high temperatures, confined spaces, and heights.
    • Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
    License/Certification:
    • Driver's License (Required)
    Schedule:
    • 8-hour shift
    • Monday to Friday
    • Weekend availability
