What will your role be?

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll strive to always deliver a 5-star experience, serving our client's needs and providing solutions based on those needs.

Responsibilities will include:

Converting inquiries into sales, turning potential customers into loyal clients.
Efficiently scheduling clients for onsite and/or remote support using our dispatch procedure.
Managing customer check-in and check-out at our retail locations.
Selling appropriate solutions to meet customer needs, including screen protectors, protection plans, solid-state drives, ram, onsite services, etc.
Complete Business client check-in calls to ensure satisfaction and maintain solid relationships.
Utilizing online platforms to promote and sell electronic devices like facebook, craigslist, and other local platforms.
Resolving customer complaints in collaboration with the team.
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.
Performing other assigned duties as required.

What do you need?

High emotional intelligence, humility, and the ability to thrive in a team environment.
A genuine passion for Sales and Customer Service.
High School Diploma or GED.
A valid Driver's License to ensure reliable transportation to and from work.
Previous customer service and sales experience (minimum 1 year) is preferred.
