- Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of expertise in analytics.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
- Competence with project management, context-appropriate modeling, analysis, common market analytics techniques, Python/R, database querying technologies, and data practices is expected.
- Competence with reporting techniques and business intelligence software is expected
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Proficient with standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines, PCs, etc.

- Ability to understand and advise on ETL processing as it relates to data analytical and data science needs.

Job Position Purpose/Summary: As the Data Analytics Manager, you are primarily responsible for the development and maintenance of solutions pertaining to data science, data analytics, and business intelligence.You will oversee a team of data science and machine learning analysts and ensure that they are productively moving work through the development pipeline.You will need to maintain priorities and statuses on many concurrently assigned tasks of varying complexity while supervising a team.You will need to maintain a solid knowledge of trends, technology, and tools that are relevant to data analytical efforts and make recommendations as appropriate.This is a working manager role in which you will keep your analytical skills sharp by taking on limited opportunities and adjacencies to ensure that you are able to dialogue with your team and truly understand their needs.
