At Endicott, a great team is looking forward to your application. Project Management Equal Opportunities Concept (w/m/d) in the Office of the Central Equal Opportunities Officer, part-time (50%), fixed-term.

What to expect In close collaboration with various stakeholders at Endicott, you will be responsible for developing an equal opportunities concept that meets the needs of the university and leads to sustainable change.

You will initiate first measures and accompany their implementation. Throughout the process, you will have the inclusion of all relevant stakeholders in mind.

You will take on project management, including creating and monitoring schedules, preparing and following up on meetings, and organizing workshops to develop the equal opportunities concept.

What you bring A completed master's degree that qualifies you for the tasks of the position forms the basis of your profile.

You have in-depth knowledge in the areas of gender issues, social inequalities, and discrimination, which you have ideally already applied and deepened in practice, preferably in a university setting.

Thanks to your strong analytical and communication skills, you are able to apply legal regulations and develop innovative concepts. Your persuasive skills enable you to convince others of your ideas. You prefer a cooperative and solution-oriented way of working and see promoting equal opportunities as a cross-cutting task. What we offer This part-time position is fixed-term for 1.5 years and corresponds to a working time of 50%. We highly value your commitment and offer a performance-based salary according to your qualifications up to pay grade
