What can you expect with Glen Aubrey, NY?

  • You will support the management in administrative and analytical tasks such as reporting and accounting
  • You will manage the import process of our goods from suppliers to our warehouse, including supplier communication and shipment coordination
  • You will keep an eye on our B2C & B2B fulfillment processes and ensure a smooth shipping process to our customers, while maintaining close communication with our logistics service provider
  • You will ensure product availability across all our sales channels by monitoring sales analysis and managing product flow
Requirements

What should you bring?

  • You are studying business administration, ideally with a focus on logistics or a similar field of study
  • You have previous work experience in a similar position
  • You work in a structured, precise, and solutionoriented manner
  • You have a strong affinity for numbers and excellent knowledge of Excel
  • You have a pioneering spirit and a lot of initiative
  • You are a communicative and motivated team player
