    Description
    Full-time | 72 hours every two weeks | Monday-Friday, 7:30 a.m.-5:30 p.m., variable shifts, no holidays or weekends

    This Supervisor position will be based out of the Sartell Clinic. The selected candidate will be a working Supervisor and will be expected to be knowledgeable in Imaging procedures. This position supervises a team of 5 employees. Supervisory experience preferred, but willing to train.


    Job Summary:


    Directs overall operation of the imaging department, and is responsible for personnel management of imaging employees, financial management and coordinating continuous quality improvement in the Imaging Department.

    Responsible for the production of quality radiographs, and other testing done in the Imaging Department, to assist the medical practitioner in detection of illness, disease, or injury to body parts.

    The supervisor performs the imaging tests following approved policies and procedures, oversees the quality control programs, and schedules preventative maintenance on the equipment.

    The supervisor should be capable of working independently, as well as in an interdepartmental setting. Procedural assessment inquiries should be directed to the Imaging Manager and/or Radiologist, as appropriate.



    Qualifications:

    • Must have successfully completed formal training in Radiologic Technology at an accredited school.
    • Supervisory experience.
    • Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
    • Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider card required per established policy.
