    Our client provides ocean transportation, air transportation, inland transportation, logistics consulting, storage, packaging services as well as supply chain management services.

    Administrator, Financial Planning & Analysis

    The Administrator, Financial Planning & Analysis position will provide financial reporting, analysis, and decision support to both corporate & divisional departments, as well as assist the overall FP&A department with consolidation, reporting, forecasting, and analytics.

    They will also support our client's key ongoing strategic and operational initiatives.

    Full-time/Hybrid


    Responsibilities:
    Support and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial results and report timely manner.
    Understand various business activities and identify opportunities to enhance financial performance and profitability.
    Prepare actual vs. budget/forecast variance analysis.
    Analyze the financial impact of key department activities upon rate changes and/or implementing/ removing services.
    Support and update reports to reflect the most up-to-date and accurate financial information.
    Respond to various requests from management for financial results.
    Support the monthly close process with Accounting and FP&A
    Prepare ad hoc reports upon request by management.
    Responding to requests related to budget and investment.

    Experience:
    Bachelor's Degree required.
    5-8 years of Finance experience in the transportation industry required.
    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
    Multitasker mentality and detail-oriented
    This position offers a competitive base salary.
