    The Retention Specialist oversees administration of the renewal and certification processes at an affordable community, as well as providing leasing support to the community and associates.

    Fair Housing, collections, evictions, towing and pool enclosuresHandles or assists in the receiving, recording, preparation and follow-up of work orders to facilitate residents service requestsQualifications:Were looking for you if:Interested in the aboveYou dot your Is and cross your TsYou have a 'can-do' attitudeYou like to think outside the boxSome things we cant live without:1-3 years of Leasing/Property Management experienceValid drivers licenseExcellent verbal and written communication skillsHigh school diploma or equivalent toStrong proficiency in using property management software (preferably Yardi)#CAROReq ID: #J-18808-Ljbffr
