Overview:
Join our team as an Accounting Clerk where you will play a vital role in maintaining financial records, processing transactions, and supporting the accounting department.
Duties:
- Perform various accounting tasks such as journal entries, budgeting, payroll processing, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Assist in accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Conduct account reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Support monthend and yearend close processes.
- Utilize accounting software such as ADP, Xero, UltiPro for data entry and financial reporting.
- Collaborate with the finance team to ensure smooth operations.
Skills:
- Proficiency in accounting principles and practices.
- Experience with general ledger accounting and account reconciliation.
- Familiarity with accounting software like ADP, UltiPro.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Pay:
$ $25.00 per hour
