For our renowned client in Hamburg, we are looking for a telephone customer service representative inbound (m/f/d).

Your responsibilities:

Providing telephone advice and support to customers and prospects regarding statutory health insurance and dental supplementary insurance
Processing customer inquiries and applications
Acting as a liaison between customers and health insurance companies
Recording and maintaining customer data

Your profile:

Commercial education (e.g. office clerk or insurance specialist) or open to career changers
Previous experience in customer service
Enjoy working with customers
High willingness to learn and good communication skills
Fluent in German, both spoken and written
