    We arelooking for a Communications Manager - Transformation & Sustainability who will be responsible for working directly with the Head of Transformation &Sustainability (T&S) within the Global Product & Engineering team.

    You will play a critical role in helping to build athriving organization for our geo-distributed staff across six countries, threecontinents and multiple time zones.

    You will partner with multiple stakeholders in NorthAmerica, Europe and Asia, including the wider P&E Leadership team,in-country HR teams, and various site leads and staff.

    Roleand Responsibilities:


    Work as the 'right hand person' to the Head ofTransformation & Sustainability, coordinating the successful delivery ofour strategic programs and cultural initiatives.

    Manage the coordination and administration of our coreprograms and initiatives, including our global mentoring program, annual globalawards, and the creation, promotion and training of best practice tools andframeworks to drive staff performance and productivity.

    Coordinate the collection of data from various surveysand sources, and the subsequent analysis and presentation of key findings. Forexample, collating data from the global "Org Culture" survey each year,monthly pulse surveys, team workshops and events.
    Help to create written reports and presentations, oftenfor executive-level audiences or large company-wide meetings, includingdisplaying information clearly and succinctly.

    Coordinate the set-up and logistics of overseas workshopsand site visits, including liaising with local staff to ensure suitable roomsare available, the right people have been invited, and all technical/AVequipment is working, especially for virtual/remote and hybrid sessions.

    Coordinate meetings across different time zones andteams, including with the P&E Culture Committee, overseas HR teams, andother stakeholders. This includes calendaring, preparing agendas, taking notes,sharing actions, and chasing people for updates before and after meetings.
    Coordinate materials for large internal meetings andevents, such as quarterly 'All Hands' meetings and 'Town Halls'. This includescollecting content from various site leads, department heads and othercontributors, then editing, formatting and building high-quality presentationslides.

    Required Experience and Education:

    2 years'

    experience in a coordinator role within operations management,non-technical project management, or corporate event planning.
    Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
    (Preferred) Experience in a transformation and sustainability role, focused on culture,people, performance and productivity.
    (Preferred) Experience working within a large technology organization.

    Excellentverbal, written and visual presentation skills.
    ExcellentWord, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
    (Preferred) Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
    (Preferred) Proficient working in Project Management tools like Confluence and Jira.
    Strong problem-solving skills.
    Abilityto maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

    Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizinghigh visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, andmoderate hand/finger dexterity.

    Performswork under time schedules and stress which are normallyperiodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines,intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and projectmanagement deadlines.

    May require working additional timebeyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
